An arbitration judge ruled that UCLA breached its agreement with the Free and Equal Elections Foundation. In 2014, the university canceled the non-profit’s event just days before its scheduled production date.
“This has been a long and challenging road for me personally and professionally,” stated Christina Tobin. “After all these years, to finally have all the evidence reviewed by an arbitrator and to be vindicated by his decision is the reason that I entered into arbitration. This is for all people in the US who’ve had their free speech censored by a public university.”
