The second 2024 Free & Equal Presidential Debate, moderated by Christina Tobin, Jason Palmer, and Caitlin Sinclair, was held on February 29 at Chelsea Television Studios in New York City and broadcast live on CSPAN and Rumble. The national anthem was performed by Marie Tatti.

Other invited candidates included President Joe Biden (Democrat), Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (Independent), President Donald Trump (Republican) and Dr. Cornel West (Independent).
