United We Stand Artist Tarah Green speaks at the Earth Day Festival 2019
The Earth Day Festival was the first stop of Free & Equal’s 2019 United We Stand Tour, taking place in Fort Wayne IN.
The free full-day event featured conscious music interspersed with cutting-edge thought leaders speaking on topics from sustainable living, permaculture, and labor rights, to taxpayer advocacy.
Performing artists included Grateful Groove, Josiah Helland, Grace Josephine Cook, El Camino Hot Tub, Tarah Green, Colton Thomas Ort, and The Be Colony.
The festival served as the final day of a week-long series of ecocentric events called Earth Week, organized by Heartland Communities.
Heartland Communities is a worker-owned cooperative foundation committed to restorative culture, economy, and environment in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
