2014 GUBERNATORIAL DEBATE

In 2014 Free and Equal presented a Colorado Governor’s Debate in partnership with the Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce at Infinity Park International Ballroom in Glendale, CO. The debate was moderated by hip-hop legend Professor Griff of Public Enemy, Chuck Bonniwell of the Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce and Founder of Free and Equal Christina Tobin. Participatory candidates included Independent Mike Dunafon, Harry Hempy of the Green Party, and Matthew Hess of the Libertarian Party.

Dr. Jill Stein, Christina Tobin, Tiny Martinez of the 420 Rally/Denver Global Marijuana March, and Dennis Kucinich presented opening remarks before the debate .Conscious hip-hop group the Soul Pros performed following the debate.
